LVOD Guidelines effective July, 2021

The following guidelines have been adopted by the volunteers at the Depot to keep you and volunteers safe and healthy while doing our best to help you make a comfortable home for your family. Our scheduling enables us to maintain social distancing as much as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • Each client will have one hour to choose and load their household items.
  • Guests are encouraged to bring a truck on the day of their appointment. Typically, rental trucks need to be reserved at least one week ahead to ensure availability.
  • It is important to be on time for the appointment so the maximum time can be utilized.
  • All clients must wear a face covering.
  • On arrival, the client must present the waiver form signed by the caseworker. If there is no waiver form, appointment time will be used to complete it at the Depot.
  • Only the client is permitted to go around with the volunteer to select items. Children are not permitted in the facility.
